DENTIST AND OWNER
JEREMIAH HOLT, DDS
Dr. Holt is a dedicated family dentist who provides exceptional care while building long-lasting, trusting relationships with his patients. Focusing on personalized dental care, he treats patients of all ages. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Adventist University and went on to complete his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Loma Linda University. During dental school, Dr. Holt excelled academically, served as class president, and received the President’s Award. An active member of the American Dental Association and the Tennessee Dental Association, he remains engaged with the professional community.
Passionate about continuing education and community service, Dr. Holt has completed advanced training in dental implants and participated in international dental missions as well as local initiatives. He is committed to helping patients maintain or restore smiles they are proud to show. In addition, he emphasizes whole-patient care, addressing both the physical and spiritual needs of those he serves.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Holt enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, and staying active outdoors. He is married to his wife, Sara, and they have two young children, Andrew and Sophie.

With over 35 years of experience, David finds it deeply rewarding to see patients happy and satisfied with their dental care. He chose dentistry because it allows him to positively impact lives through compassionate and attentive care. At Cedar Valley Dental Arts, he enjoys working alongside a passionate, patient-focused team.
David particularly values interacting with patients through active listening. By understanding their concerns and goals, he can openly plan and discuss smile transformations. He says, “I love smile transformations and seeing patients graduate from being nervous at the dentist to feeling at ease and looking forward to their visits!” Building trust and confidence is a top priority for him.
Outside the office, David serves his church and participates in overseas mission trips. He cherishes time with his wife, Ida, their four adult children, and grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time in nature.

LILIYA KARNAUCH
Liliya has been a dedicated dental hygienist for nearly 30 years. She earned her Associate’s degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from SUNY Broome in New York and has been serving patients with care and compassion ever since. Her love for helping people achieve optimal oral health inspired her to pursue dental hygiene and continues to fuel her passion today.
After moving to the Ooltewah area in 2008, Liliya gained experience in over 10 dental offices, learning to adapt to different care styles, software programs, and dental cleaning techniques. Since then, she has made Cedar Valley Dental Arts her “home base.” She loves the practice’s patient-focused philosophy, her supportive dental family, and the welcoming environment—most of all, she enjoys building relationships with patients.
Liliya is married to her husband, Anatoly, and they have three grown children and two grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, taking long walks, going on occasional day trips, and actively serving in her local church community.

FARRAH FLYNN
Farrah earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Chattanooga State and has been a dedicated dental hygienist for 17 years. She enjoys her role because it allows her to build strong relationships with patients, educate them on proper oral hygiene, and help them feel comfortable and confident during their visits.
Farrah has been married to her husband, Steve, for 22 years, and they have two sons, Tyler and Kade, as well as a beloved boxer named Finn. When she is not caring for patients at Cedar Valley Dental Arts, she enjoys working out, spending time outdoors, and enjoying quality moments with her family.

CAITLIN PHILLIPS
Caitlin has been working in dentistry since 2009. She earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene and Dental Assisting from Chattanooga State and is currently completing her bachelor’s degree at East Tennessee State University.
Her passion for dentistry began at age nine when she received a Dentist Barbie. She has a heart for helping others, provides thorough care, and enjoys teaching patients how to maintain and improve their oral health.
Caitlin has been married to her husband, David, for 10 years. They have one son, Jack, and two cats. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, gardening, reading, and spending quality time with her family.

Maddie Blackgrove
Maddie graduated from Jackson College’s accredited dental hygiene program in 2022 with an Associate in Applied Science and earned her Bachelor’s of Applied Science from Siena Heights University in 2024. She began her dental hygiene career in Michigan and moved to Tennessee in 2025, excited to serve a new community through preventive oral care.
Maddie strives to provide the highest level of comprehensive care in a gentle, compassionate, and attentive manner, addressing each patient’s unique dental needs. She especially enjoys empowering patients to love and care for their smiles. In 2025, Maddie also received specialized training as a myofunctional therapist, which enhances her clinical hygiene practice and adds value to her patient care.
Maddie is married to her husband, Reece, and they have a mini dachshund named Winston. Outside of work, she enjoys walking, traveling, and participating in her church community.

With 30 years of experience, including nearly half of those at Cedar Valley Dental Arts, Raisa is a knowledgeable and efficient dental assistant. She began her career in dentistry as a translator in a dental office in Sacramento, California, which sparked her passion for patient care.
Raisa holds a degree in accounting from Russia and a dental assisting certificate. She loves dentistry because it allows her to help patients every day, and her patients appreciate the comfort and welcome she provides during their visits.
When she is not assisting patients at Cedar Valley Dental Arts, Raisa enjoys spending time at the ocean and relaxing outdoors.

Anita has been in the customer service industry for nearly five years, previously working for a title company before joining dentistry as a dental assistant. She loves her role because it allows her to build personal relationships with each patient while sharing the love of Jesus.
Anita comes from a large family and enjoys spending time with her nine siblings. Outside of work, she loves being outdoors and going on hikes with her family and friends.

Oksana began her dental career over 25 years ago after graduating from Dominion College in Harrisonburg, VA, with a diploma as a Medical Office Assistant. During her internship in a dental office, she discovered a passion for dentistry, which led to her first role as a sterilization technician and translator. Within a year, she transitioned into the position of dental assistant, a role she truly loves.
As her family grew, Oksana chose to step away from full-time work to focus on raising her children. For nearly 20 years, she embraced life as a stay-at-home mom, cherishing the many joyful and meaningful moments of that season. During this time, she also worked seasonally as a tax preparer with Liberty Tax Services, keeping her professional skills sharp.
Since 2018, Oksana has returned to the dental field, working in both general dentistry and endodontics. She enjoys being part of a team that helps patients feel confident and cared for, and she finds great satisfaction in seeing patients leave with a smile on their faces.
