Cedar Valley Dental Arts does not participate in Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), but we are happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, and credit cards.
We also offer a flexible payment plan to help make dental care more affordable. Please call our office for details. As long as you are free to choose your own dentist, we can file your insurance for reimbursement.
